todae nver work veri song ar!!! not tat not nice to work but will tired de rite? then went to celebrate kai's birthdae in advance... We went to sakura and had a feast... eat till si bei full... after tat we went to some part of marina to view the scenary thx to chenghao driving us (vonne, kai and crystal) there... Took some pics also lor scenary quite nice... haas.. will show the pics when i have them... We also went to watch the movie Knowing, ah wang join us in the movie also haas steady sia him... Tat show is not bad at first but endin abit kua zhang... juz bath hao goin to slp so0n ba... later goin to pray due to qing ming... it had been awhile i went to pray le...
Abit sian sia these few daes... cuz not work then is at hme le.. no mood to go out also... seems like life is somesort of meaningless... haiz... let nature take its course ba...
yoz... finali i am bak to blog... i am currently now workin in pasta waraku haas... i learnt quite alot of stuffs from there but its not easi to pick up all the skills... takes time ba haas... now i am in rachel hse(crystal's friend) haas... we drink martel and red wine by playin indian porker! woho0... freakin funi cuz u nver noe wad card u gt.. then we replace it wif tap water reali wtf rite... so0 bloated sia... worst than beer... haas... kai drink 600ml bottle one shot song bo!.. overall crystal, kai, ah wang and i were over here.... will try to update more often... As u all noe i was reading the How Happiness book i learn lots of stuffs from there... The first chapter is about Is it possible to become happier?
What do u tink will make you happier?
- A relationship?
- More flexibility at work?
- A new job that better provides for you and your family?
- An extra bedroom?
- A baby?
- Looking younger?
- Relief from your bad back?
- Losing weight?
- Your child excelling at school?
- Knowing wad u reali want to do wif your life?
- More supportive, loving parents?
- Cure from a chronic illness or disability?
- More money/ time?
You might think that by achieving tis questions could result to achieve happiness. But the true is that none of these tings will make u substantially happier. But this does not mean that the goal of finding lasting happiness is unrealistics or naive. The catch is that we tend to look for happiness in the wrong places.
Research suggest that the initial steps to becoming happier can be implemented straight away. The first step involves recognizing that our yearning to increase our happiness is not just wishful thinking. It is a vitally important goal one that we all have a right to pursue and the wherewithal to achieve. Happiness isn't a knock of good fortune that we must await, like the end of the rainy season. Neither is is something that we must 'find' like a motorway exit or a lost wallet.
The phrase 'pursuit of happiness' implies that happiness is an object that one has to chase or discover. I don't like that phrase and rather prefer to think of the 'creation' or 'construction' of happiness, because research shows that it's in our power to fashion it for ourselves.
We all might be asking the question that if permanently boosting our happiness is attainable why u might ask are we so poor at it? Why do we try so often and fail? The prime reason is to because we have been conditioned to believe that the wrong things will make us lastingly happy.
Wee valentine's dae juz past... How did u guys spent? Hope u all have a nice dae... I juz reach hme from mount faber.. calvin, kai, zhihua, chenghao, jingyou, ah wang, doug & calvin's zhenghua sec friends were there to0... We were slackin over there and chattin ard... It was consider crowded there due to valentine's dae ba.... I tink if no transport i will not go there ba as its not so0 convienent then i happen to saw a BMW car with a cple in it.. win liao lor so0 romantic lor.. haas...
Before we went to mount faber in the noon chenghao, calvin and huiling were playin mahjong in my hse then after tat chenghao, vin and ah wang pei wo go give gift... Thx ar bros... i appreciate it...
Now veri tired and hapi haas.. wan go slp le bye..
wa i veri long nver blog le... no mood ba and tired... 2dae went out wif mal, ah wang and kai cuz pei mal go make IC and renew passport.. Mal lost his wallet on 1 of the daes we went to drink veri ps tat i nver pei u up to your hse... Then i tink i nowdaes veri like no mood to do tings duno why also... We went to plae pool also but i nver plae cuz no mood ba.. see them plae lor... Then we went for dinner at plaza sing.. We tok abt alot of stuffs over there... mal dun tink to0 much ar! see ya tmr... tmr gt mad demo also veri sian ar!
